Top tips for selling a phone

I'm an eBay virgin. It has always scared me a little bit! However, I have two iPhones (4 and 4s) to sell and have been a advised that I will get a better price on eBay than somewhere like Mizuma mobile.

So eBayers, do you have any tips for me? Dos and don'ts, pitfalls to avoid, tips for getting a fair price etc.?

never accept paypal if collected, keep a note of the imei number, security mark yourself before sending, make sure you send with adequate insurance, standard signed for won't be enough

Tbh you would be better selling on your local facebook group for cash - ebay is an utter minefield and phones are bait for scammers.
