How long does it usually take a buyer to pay

Item was bought at 6pm last nite
Will the buyer pay by tomorrow nite

you have to wait 2 days to open an unpaid case - no way of knowing if they will pay by tomorrow - if at all. You can't relist or offer to underbidder until unpaid case is closed which will be a further 4 days, so Thursday night.
