Rubbish subject header so apologies for that in advance, just didn't know quite how to summarise the problem.

I bought a couple of DVDs on eBay, and requested an invoice from seller with combined postage. I paid and they turned up today.

Filling in the feedback form ice noticed that they are both listed as Free postage. I paid postage and remember postage listed on the advert.! The seller charged me me double what it cost her to post them which was why I was going to give less than full stars.

Any ideas what's going on?

Have you still got the invoice they sent you on your email account? If you check it they have probably put the postage as £0 and added the postage they charged you underneath as a 'seller charge' instead. If they did it that way it would probably show up as free postage for the feedback.

It happened to me a while back but I luckily spotted it before I paid so requested another invoice (I was mainly worried because the postage method on the first invoice was showing up as not only free but me having to collect it).

I don't think there's much you can do about the stars now but you could mention the high postage in the feedback instead.

Closer, just checked invoice and it lists the total for postage as 'Postage and packaging via RM 1st class'.

Weird

That's very odd then. If the invoice is done properly it should let you leave the stars for postage

They obviously haven't refunded you either which is the only other reason I can think of that would stop you leaving the feedback stars.

Is the problem with the stars on just one of the DVDs you bought or both?

Maybe you could contact ebay on their live chat and ask them? I agree it's very weird!
