Someone wants to pay by postal order , how does this work and who pays fees etc ?

buyer pays fees when they purchase it - you receive it, take it to post office to cash and then send your item. Perfectly safe as a seller, just like receiving cash. No risk of a chargeback either so great. Not recommended as a buyer at all.

you can also pay them into the bank, like you would a cheque
