Why do some of the things I have sold say send payment details

Sorry ebay newby so bear with me.

I have sold quite a few things in an auction ending tonight. For some, I have already received payment. For others, it says send payment details. Why would this be? Is it buyers wanting to be sure that the postage has not changed? I assume I just confirm total and say pay by paypal?

Yeah confirm postage details or have they bought . more than one thing and are expecting you to Combine postage?

SandyDilbert · 11/12/2013 08:08

it is just if you want to send them an invoice, but you don't have to do that unless you are changing the postage. They will already know what to pay and are able to pay without you sending those details.

Some people will not pay until they are invoiced; weird but true. Just check the invoice looks correct before you send.

Ha ha ha famous last words of lljkk. I have just sent someone an invoice and it was incorrect! I need to re-send it. However I cannot find it. How do I find it - or send another one? I do not know what option to use.

Go to My Selling, then "sold" page, far right of screen "Send payment details" will be one of the drop down options on the item(s) you've sold (listed by row). You can revise the invoice there.
