ebay has upped my stars!

Yay. My communication and P&P charges stars were down to 4/5, and ebay has recently messaged me to say they are restoring them to 5/5. I guess they have looked at the low markers and concluded they were unreasonable (they were!).

Also, I have given £100s to ebay lately - in one off sales of high value items, rather than lots of little ones. Sure this has contributed.

I can't believe your turn over made any difference unless you are the CEO of Argos. But nice to hear something good for a change. Did you actually appeal the low stars or poor FB or did this somehow revise spontaneously?

No, I never really worried about it, but got a message out of the blue informing me what they had done.
