Just sold an oldish tablet, which Royal mail service to use?

Tablet sold for £80, buyer has under 100 feedback and all from this year. I might be being paranoid, but just want to make sure they receive it ok and they can't reverse the paypal payment by saying they didn't receive it. Their address is 'confirmed' on paypal.
Any suggestions on which RM service to use, I charged £7 P&P so hopefully that will cover it. TIA

Wouldn't use Royal Mail at all, and no doubt would cost more than. £7 at their current prices if you wanted any type of guarantee services like signed for or insured. My Hermes is good found them much easier

I would courier MyHermes or Collect + and make sure it insures for £80 - and enter the tracking info into the ebay item so it is all there.
