Sold a morrisons Christmas voucher on 9th November. Received a message this morning to say.
Was sorting my vouchers out and realised I haven't got yours. I bought one from you and 3 from another seller, refund me pls so's I can get another.

I don't want to call her a liar however, surely you would be waiting around the 10/11/12th November for the voucher to arrive knowing my listing said sent immediately after payment is received.

I am getting more and more fed up with Ebay now, far to easy to claim you haven't received and get a refund.

Not worth sending recorded as buyers just don't want to pay anything other than the price of a stamp.
She hasn't opened a case so shall I just refund her? I already know what I need to do really but it just really boils my piss.

Did you get proof of posting?

If you didn't send it via recorded delivery then that is the risk you take I'm afraid.

vouchers are like cash so I think you need to send special delivery. Sadly you do need to send with proof of delivery to qualify for selelr protection.

How much was it?

Oh I know its my fault but it just pisses me right off. All the others arrive just hers disappeared. was £4 and stamp so £4.60. Didn't think you could get pop with stamps.
Lesson learnt!

Well it could be an oversight on her part, but without sending with proof of delivery you haven't got a leg to stand on with paypal/ebay.

You can get certificate of postage with stamps, but as the item was vouchers you cannot claim for the loss as you didn't send by the correct method.
