How do I change invoice buyer already paid??

Hello, buyer messages me to ask could i send a coat special delivery (listed second class recorded) as she 'a going away and will pay extra. I reply yes happy to let me amend the invoice and I'll post tomorrow. Buyer read message and paid before I 'be changed the invoice??

Diff about £4 I know sounds mean, squabbling over a few pounds but buyer asked and happy to post by extra method but not paying diff myself! I'm stuck as to how to do it now

I think you can refund the original paypal, then send a new invoice with the correct amount. Odds are that you will have to ring all bells & shriek all whistles to get her to pay 2nd invoice because few people check their email now so she won't be looking out for something to pay. She could easily not notice it for days & days.

If you pull her contact details from Ebay, you can ring her hopefully. Also, the first email notice of her paypal payment (that you have received) will have her email address, use this to get her attention, too, about the revised invoice.
