Accepting an offer - but no BIN or make an offer on the listing?

Basically I have put something up for normal auction, a buyer contacted me and offered an all in price (item & p&p) that I am happy to accept. No other bids and auction due to close tmrw.

They have suggested they PayPal me the money and I them close the auction. I know eBay won't like this as they won't get their fees...bit is there anything else I need to be wary of here as a seller.

It's not massively high value - £22 in all

Would you go ahead as buyer suggests?

nope - add the buy it now price to your listing then they can check out as normal.

don't let Ebay catch you.
I think this happens all the time without problems. Not that I can speak from personal experience, of course. Xmas Wink

How would eBay catch you?
Not being facetious, genuinely don't know how they would? Unless they send 'secret shoppers' put themselves to catch people out?!
