I bought an item of clothing on Asos Marketplace. The seller says that her account has been hacked as someone wants to get it suspended and she is going to refund me the money as the clothing costs more. Obviously I don't know the situation but as far as I am concerned I entered a contract to buy the item, have paid for it and she still needs to send it to me and sort it out with Asos/whoever she says is hacking the a/c. Any ideas welcome though...
