Weird thing received in post instead of my order

In the past couple of months I have ordered various bits from ebay, all from in the UK except for a shower cap and some swimming goggles, both coming from China

Today I received in the post a weird mircrochip from China, so I assume it is mix up with something I ordered - no documentation but a name of a company on the envelope (which is neither of the ebay sellers names)

Having googled the info on the chip, I think it is a part for a iphone.

I don't know which of my two orders has been mixed up- and when I try and contact ebay they won't let me contact customer services before I pick which order it is relating to.

Does anyone have a way of contacting them or an email that doesn't involve selecting a particular order first?

Not very familiar with eBay problems, but I guess you'll have to wait till one of your orders arrive and then raise the issue quoting the other order number as being the one with the problem.

I would just file not received for whichever item is missing - if you file a not as described dispute ebay will tell you to return the faulty item with tracking. The items you are waiting for from china, check out the sellers other items to see if they sell what you have received.

Ah, looking at their other items is a good idea.

If that fails I'll have to wait for one or other to arrive but as it takes 6 weeks for some things to get here I was rather hoping to realise earlier so I could request a replacement
