Opened a non payment case after buyer messed me around (first time)
Went in to close it - and iPad is playing up, it seemed to only accept me checking the box that days buyer paid...and then of course it closed it immediately.
No way to go back in and change it
Can't open another case
Tried CS chat - got kicked out
10 min wait on phone
Have resorted to email, but this is driving me bonkers!
Anyone done this before, will they reverse it and put the right info as I really want the buyer to get a strike for messing about?
