how do I send an invoice after item has been paid for?

I posted it by recorded delivery in October, they never collected it so it was returned to me. Now the buyer wants me to resend the item and will pay the postage but I need to in voice her for it. How do I do this please?

You can send an invoice via paypal to their email address. So you need their email to do this.

Thanks, I have the email. I'm on the ap ATM so think this will have wait till I'm on the PC later. It is hard to navigate on a phone!
