How do I get the p&p costs deducted from my final value fee - buyer is collecting?

Just that really. The buyer lives locally and is collecting and giving me cash on collection. At the moment, ebay are going to take a final value fee based on the sale price plus £3 p&p. How do I let ebay know I am no longer charging the £3 p&p?

Could you just reissue invoice to buyer for amount less p&p? Then mark as paid once they have collected?
