Hi
Just sold my first item - have bought a fair amount, some good, some bad.

Anyway I sold a nice designer jacket my son had been given but never wore. I listed it as BNWOT as I knew he'd never worn it.

Posted loads of pics & details, and listed as no refunds.

Anyway item sells & I posted it off. Buyer now claims item is stained & smelly. This is just not true.

What should I do? If I tell her tough t*ts can she raise a dispute or something? I've been reading old posts on here & it seems buyers get away with anything Hmm

Should I just bite the bullett & tell her to return?

Should I just bite the bullet

yes she can raise a dispute - you will be best to tell her to return in the condition in which it was sent for a refund. You can't state no returns really.
