Hi - I sold an item last night, but the buyer has emailed to say they want me to cancel it as they have left the UK now. It was on a normal 7 day auction so she would have know when it was going to end and therefore when she would be likely to receive it.

I have only just started on Ebay so only have 3 feedbacks so far - I'm really pissed off with her wasting my time but should I even bother giving her negative feedback?

Thanks
x

you can't leave a neg for a buyer, and you can't leave a neg statement either as ebay can remove it and rap your knuckles.

If you open an unpaid item dispute after 48 hours close it 4 days later and this will give them an unpaid strike. Do not relist until after that has been done and closed though or you risk 2 buyers for only 1 item.
