Can't open a dispute?

I bought a jacket on the 17th, and paid for it on the 19th. I then received a message last night saying that the seller had forgot to put a reserve on it, and didn't want to sell it for £7. Two minutes later, she issued a refund. I feel rather put out, as I now can't open a case, because she has refunded me. Is there anything I can do, or is this fair game?

It's very annoying when sellers do that.

If you are really bothered about it you could contact ebay (live chat probably your best bet). They take that kind of thing pretty seriously.

Not sure I'd bother. I'd just leave the seller negative appropriate feedback.

Have you checked their feedback to see if they do this a lot?

leave appropriate feedback & low stars and report to ebay as a non performing seller.
