Sold a shirt on ebay last week and received the above feedback today; I don't use fabric softener and it was line dried. Does he want it to smell of sweat?

What shall I reply with? What I want to say is "I'm so sorry for this; if you would care to send it back I will rub it in fox shit for you"

wait 24 hours so you don't seem angry before replying - you maybe should just say I wish you had contacted me to resolve before leaving feedback - happy to help - or suchlike. You don't want to sound angry or obstructive - you don't actually have to reply at all.

I wouldn't reply at all tbh, every other person reading that feedback will be thinking "eh? she washes her stuff - great"
