I have had 2 items recently that have not arrived and with zero response to polite enquiries or to opened case. Both times ebay have refunded as soon as time for case has expired. Can you still leave feedback once you have been refunded by ebay? It's really annoying. Why wouldn't the sellers at least reply to a message? Do they just not want to sell? I won one of the items for 99p and suspect they didn't want to send but the other item was an ok price.
