I do and two purchases this week where I had been overcharged refunded me as well. It's not worth negative feedback over IMO

I've refunded 21p before! Seems a bit pointless but it's a nice gesture.

I was also refunded 50p earlier this week. I asked a seller for combined postage and they explained that it wasn't possible but then it was less than they expected down the post office so they refunded the difference. It meant I left them a really good feedback rather than just a 'items received, thanks'.

Yes - I think it isn't about the money though is it, the principle of not overcharging and being greedy is good. Plus happy buyer - what not to like?

No, I never did unless it was at least £2.50 over. Buyer promises to pay X for item including delivery then complains because they got item for X including delivery. Why?????

Don't worry about it now because I have postage inclusive on everything now, guaranteed 5* so can't lose my account for that, at least. The only reason to not include postage in selling price is if you start at 99p; then you run real risk of item selling for 99p which can easily mean maximum 10-20p profit for Seller after all fees. Not for me, thanks but good luck counting your coppers.

People know what they are willing to pay for an item in total and take postage into account when placing the bid, the item probably would of ended at a higher price if the postage was lower.

Anything over £1.00 and yes I refund. Though I find it easier to add free postage and add the cost to the listing anyway.
