No sign of item

I won an item on 7th November, just checked the listing and it says delivery estimated between 14/15 November. It hasn't been marked as sent yet - do I leave it a bit or contact them? They've got 100% feedback

Not everyone remembers to mark as dispatch so they might have been sent already.

I would definitely be contacting them to make sure though.

If they don't respond in the next day or so and you still haven't received the item then obviously open an item not received case.
