Can you block a seller?

As title says - is it possible to block a seller so I don't accidentally buy from them again? Thanks.

this is supposed to work:
Go to Advanced search by item.
choose a search phrase at the top of page
Scroll down to seller choices, put in name of a seller you want to avoid, and drop down for the exclude option.
run search.

I can save the search but I can't use the same syntax in live search window.
