Ebay on iPad - how to list as cash on collection?

I'm trying to list something via the iPad, as my computer is not well. I can't work out how to make the payment cash on collection.

On the ebay app you seem to have to list paypal and online I can't get past the 'create you own payment' option (must be a special mobile format as it's different from what I've seen on the computer). It keeps telling me I've missed something, see highlighted field but there isn't one.

Can anyone help? I need to clear some kids' stuff

you have to list paypal, you cannot delete it, but you can write in your description cash on collection only.

In the postage section when listing on eBay for iPad there's a box to check for cash on collection.
