I've just sold an item, and against my account I'm pretty sure that I have a block on international buyers. Yet someone from the Netherlands has just won my item. What can I do? Have only charged the UK postage!

Just adjust postage to correct price eg: weigh item and look on Royal Mail website

Yes, but they should realise that you are overseas.
