Anybody used Yodel Direct?

They seem to take heavier items than myHermes and somebody wants me to add a courier cost to my buggy on ebay.

I've read positive things about myHermes on here but is Yodel Direct reliable?

yodel have to be one of the worst delivery companies you can use. Google them for reviews.
