Recently sold a jumper on eBay. Buyer paid £5 for it rrp £65.

Have had a message saying that upon arrival it doesn't fit. It's not the size I said it was (despite it clearly saying this on the label and it fitting me- I am that size). They have asked for a refund.

I state on eBay no refunds.

Have asked buyer to return item to me and I will issue refund. Have I done the right thing here? Wwyd?

Thats all you can do really, no refunds is a pretty meaningless statement if they open a case anyway.

When you get it back check everything is as it was sent and issue the refund (including original P+P, I wouldn't give them anything towards return P+P in this case and you are not obliged to)

Yes, accept return, refund initial but not return postage. It wasn't faulty so if it were me I would ask for buyer to pay returns. If you don't accept then you risk bad feedback from disgruntled buyer (whether or not they have any reason to be disgruntled)
