Won a scarf which cost £10 all in.
Waited and waited for ages with no contact from seller then after 2 weeks raised a not received case.
Seller replies and says sorry in the process of moving house and will post first class and a £3 discount as a goodwill gesture.
So I wait another 10 days and the scarf finally turns up but no sign of refund and no reply from the seller as to if and when the £3 will be heading my way.
Today escalated the case stating clearly that I had received the scarf but not the refund and literally within 3 minutes the case was closed in my favour and all my money returned.
Now I feel really bad as I actually have the item. I need to send her £7 somehow don't I - yet she doesn't respond to my emails ?
