When is the best time to sell toys on ebay in the run up to Christmas? Mid November?

I have some bits and bobs that I want to sell on ebay to help fund Christmas this year, any idea when would be best to put things on, I was thinking mid-November?

very early November onwards, start with your highest starting price possible on the first FLW that will end 1 Nov or later. Then lower your start price on subsequent relists if not already sold. People are buying for Xmas already.
