I would make it clear you were UK only. I do mine post free with second class post so it is their fault if they make a mistake.

you have to actually block buyers from abroad, just writing it in the listing is not enough.

So you have to post it worldwide even though it says UK at the top?

you can ask the buyer to cancel, but they could argue you were a non performing seller and leave bad feedback and refuse the cancellation request.

I have done it but I tell them they will have to pay the extra postage. Mine is quite clear, it is free 2nd class postage within UK.

Thanks.

You can block overseas bidders...however they can get round it by having a uk address as their primary address and then adding an overseas address as their shipping address ( the system then doesn't block them).
If you have stated a uk only bidder may buy and someone from overseas buys you can 'ask' them to cancel. However they can refuse, then your fees are not refunded and they can ( and probably will) leave you negative feedback!!!
I only post to the UK.....when I get a sneaky international I do quote postage but ONLY by airsure.
