I am fairly new to ebay and purchased two items from the same seller last weekend, the seller agreed to combine postage and said she would refund when posted.
No postage refund arrived but today I received one item from her and it's not the one I bought. Obviously she has got her parcels mixed up.
I email her immediately and she apologies and says she will send me the other buyers address and can we sort it out among ourselves, she will repay postage costs involved.
I am happy to send parcel to other person but will send it signed for so I know it is received, I just hope she will repay me.
Not sure how to resolve it, any experienced ebayers have any help
