Returning not as described items

Quick question if anyone can help - I'm returning an item I paid £46 for as it's not as described. Do I send it recorded or special delivery. Thanks for any advice!

Recorded very often doesn't track so personally I'd go with special to be 100% certain given the value of the item.

or a courier may be cheaper - check Collect + or My Hermes.

needs to be tracked but as buyer responsible for return postage costs i would send as cheaply as possible and use original packaging
