buyer wants to cancel..

someone bought 3 things last night, 3 seperate items, and wants to cancel all 3.
she thought they were made of wood, but are plastic.
im not bothered, will happily cancel.
what do i do? ive never had this before!

you can either file 3 unpaid item cases after 48 hours or send a cancellation request for each one now which they have to accept. They can refuse the request though and still leave you with fees to pay. They can still leave feedback too.

I would cancel. If they turn into prats & refuse (never had that happen from someone who seemed genuine) then could try to appeal to Ebay CS. Make sure all your comms are thru Ebay msging.
