Sold item pick up only, but not picking up.

Sold item on Friday, offered to drop it off over the weekend "yeah thats great will be in all weekend" Tried to drop it off Sunday but no answer, so emailed saying they will now have to pick it up as i'm not sure when I'm up that way again (I did email Sun morning to say i'll be there then, but no answer). No emails at all since ^^ that one. How long do I need to give? I can't open an item not paid dispute as I want cash on collection, not paypal. Its only for £10.

You can report an unpaid item nonetheless. I think you have to wait 4 days now so should be Ok to open it.

If they don't bother responding you get your FVF back, if they pay, you get the money, but you should refund if they do it by paypal and ask for cash or nothing.

The case will close then but it is worth a go just in case they ignore it.
