Changing payment details after auction ends

I've just sold a heavy item to a bidder who has now informed me that they'd like to pick it up. I didn't put cash on collection as an option so how do I change this?

It makes sense for them to collect - they only live a few miles away and p&p costs are nearing a tenner! I just don't know how to change it now the auction has been won.

You just take cash on collection, nothing need be changed or done online. Ebay will take their slice from your paypal (they don't miss a trick).

click send payment details remove postage and click send when buyer arrives take cash then go back and mark as payment received ebay still take their 10% but paypal do not get a cut and in case no-one has told you

DO NOT EVER EVER EVER TAKE PAYPAL FOR COLLECTION ITEMS

The plot thickens

Buyer has now contacted me to ask whether I would consider cancelling the auction - her DH has told her that the item she has won from me isn't suitable. She sounded genuine and a bit nervous so I'd sooner cancel and re-list.

I don't know how though. Help!
