Leaving feedback for a non payer

I've opened my first ever non payment case. There's been no response as yet and I don't think there will be. What sort of feedback do I leave if they pay, and if they don't? I read somewhwre eBay will remove negative feedback for a buyer. Is that right?

And you get a strike against your account; too many strikes they take away selling rights forever.
That's why leaving f/back for buyers is completely pointless.
However if they pay they can leave fb for you, and their fb can be extremely damaging, so play it very professionally.

I have been known to leave a . for feedback. It sort of implies that there's so much I would like to say but I can't say any of it...
