HELP! How do I re-send an invoice?

Hi

Please can you help me with a very basic problem (I hope)? I am new to ebaying and have sold a few things happily but have hit a problem.

A buyer asked me to combine postage which I was happy to do as I am not making money out of it and am happy to just charge what postage costs me.

I told the winner to hold off paying and email me when she has won everything she wants and I would re-work out combined postage. That's fine, she did and I worked out postage and re-sent an invoice. However, she is saying that she didn't receive it and wants to pay (it is all very amicable) but I can't see how to repay. Their online guidance says it should be under Selling Manager / Actions but it is not. It just gives the option to separate the invoices!

if you have already sent an amended invoice if the payer hits pay now on one of the items it will send her to the correct invoice anyway won't it?

Hi Lily. Not sure. She is saying she can't see it. I have messaged her the link that was sent in the original email so will see if she can see that.

I thought you could select send invoice from the drop down bit next to sold item from myebay - or does that vanish after the first invoice has been sent?

Yes, it's not there. I have contacted ebay support and they said the invoice is there for the buyer to see and suggested I contact the buyer and ask them to contact ebay chat.

Good to know it's not my error but I am none the wiser.
