Item described as excellent condition, but it isn't, what now?

So, I won a bag described as in an excellent condition, only used a couple of times. The photo's supplied seemed to confirm what the description said. Now, today I receive the bag and notice that one side of it has scuffs with leather peeling off in several places as well as one mark that looks like a burn mark? It's small, but quite noticeable. I am really pissed off to be honest. I like the bag, and it is only one side that is scuffed, but I feel like it's not as described. Now that I have had a second look at the photos I can see that the handle has been placed strategically where the scuffs are, which is why they weren't obvious from the photographs.

So, what do I do? Ask for a refund? Take it on the chin and just leave a negative feedback?

well I think you should speak to seller first and see how they want to resolve it. They may offer partial refund. Otherwise you will prob have to pay to send it back tracked to get your money back.

I would speak to seller and tell them it's not in excellent condition! The marks and damage should have been in the description and I think you are well within your rights to get a refund.

Try to resolve it before leaving neg f-back, especially getting whatever refund you think you're due. If you open an item-not-as-described then you will win and get your refund, too. FB is always the last option action.
