eBay have allowed me to be scammed too many times and I've had enough. Can anyone recommend an alternative site to sell on preferably one that involves posting and PayPal. Thank you

I have no personal experience myself but I have found my friends recommend Gumtree

I've used pre loved before with no problems. I don't think it had the same protection as eBay but I trusted a seller, paid them, and received my item.

I've bought a few things on Ebid.

There are loads of selling pages on facebook, I've sold quite a few items on there without any problems.

preloved is free, but it is up to you to deal with payments. You can use paypal if you have trackable delivery.

don't think many people actually buy from it though!

Op you do know PayPal is owned by eBay so if you are trying to avoid eBay maybe don't bother with PayPal either.

Thanks soontobesix I didn't know that. I almost signed up to ebid as they deal with PayPal but maybe not :-(

I would just use your local facebook
selling page. No fees and no parceling things up , people come to your house , collect and pay cash.
