Can I sell Microsoft Office 2010 with product key?

I am upgrading to Microsoft 2013...
If i uninstall Office 2010 on my pc, can I sell on ebay? It is just the box with product key.

You are entitled to sell software as long has you have removed all copies of it from any devices that you own or use.
