How long before I can leave feedback? (2nd account)

Apologies for the silly question but it's been bothering me all night!

I've just opened a second ebay account to keep the majority of my buying (such as my son's toys) separate from my main account.

Received my first item this morning but it wouldn't let me leave feedback for the seller. It flashed up a slightly scary message in red saying I need to wait 5 days. Is that 5 days from the exact time I opened the account or after midnight on the 5th day?

I think it will be 5 days since the item ended. Is it a powerseller you bought from?

I don't think they're a power seller. Just a business seller.

Just checked now and it's let me leave feedback. It must be 5 days exactly from when I opened the account. Thanks for your help.
