I bought something in auction ending 1st Sep. paid by PayPal same day.
Item said est del by 4th.

I haven't heard anything at all and it's not marked as despatched.
I messaged today.

How long do I have to wait for a response and what do I do next?

wait 24 hours then open not received case I reckon.
