I sell clothing and we do get a few returns.
In order to meet ebay new seller standards, I was considering offering guaranteed delivery which is £7 roughly for next day.
If buyer wishes to use this service and then returns the costume, am I right in assuming I will need to refund the £7 even though they chose to upgrade?
I am just wondering if it is going to cost me money in the long run.
