Adidas kids clothing size?

I want to sell an infant's Adidas top (unwanted gift). The sizing on the label reads as follows:

GB 20/22

USA 2TOD

F & I 2A

D & E 92

Anyone know what age this is? I'm guessing, and it looks like age 2 but I need to get it right for ebay. And not sure if that would be 2-3?

Thanks, I thought so too although it looks a bit big for 18m.
