im a private seller, and have just sold some items ,theyve paid and has sent a note saying can i send an invoice with the items.
i dont have a printer and as theyve paid so cant send an invoice which they could print out.
im puzzeled as to why they,d want an invoice as ive only received invoices in the past from business sellers and im not a business seller.

Maybe they are for work and they need it to claim the costs off their tax liability? Dunno.

You can email an involve. I think it's one of the options in the mark as paid/mark as sent/leave feedback bit.

They can print out the invoice you sent them prior to payment. Guess they don't have a printer, either? Public library would work for either of you (to print it out, I mean).

When I need an invoice to claim back the costs from work I just print out my own from the ebay page myself, either order details page or the listing page. both show the final cost and postage.

thanks, i emailed her ,and she said i can send it without, so i guess shes going to print out her own,

go to paypal click on details then at bottom there is a "packing slip"

this has details of item, item number price paid for item and postage costs if you can't print just copy onto piece of paper and signed it received with thanks and enclose

I send a packing slip with everything I sell whether selling on my business account or private, it also means if damaged in post the recipients and your address are inside
