Buying from new sellers with low rating

If you buy from someone with a rating of less than 10 on Ebay (I don't mean a negative rating, just that they only have eg 5 'feedbacks'!),and you paid via Paypal, but they didn't ever send the item, then they just disappeared from Ebay, would you lose out? Or would Paypal refund you?

If you use Paypal you're protected. It might take a few weeks but you'd get your money back.

pretty easy to win a case, i wouldn't worry. Sellers have more to fear from inexperienced buyers.

everyone had 5 seller stars once but if you pay by paypal you are safe if they are wise they send tracked anyway
