Skirt size 14 US what size UK?

Buyer has complained that the skirt she bought from me was wrongly labelled. She claims it is a small 16 but I thought a US size was 2 sizes larger in UK.
Who's right?

Usually an 18.

I'd say it's between a 16 and an 18 depending on the manufacturer (e.g. Gap I'd say it was an 18).

Best to include measurements - waist, hips, length etc as it saves hassle about sizes. If it was me I would accept return and re list otherwise you will most likely get bad feedback.
