Seller wants me to cancel sale - think she has changed her mind!

I bought some children's toys on ebay last Thursday and contacted the seller to arrange a collection time. She emailed me back and told me Saturday would be good but she was moving house and wasn't sure where she would be so she would give me a call on Friday.
On Friday she sent through an email saying she had moved that day and couldn't find some of the items and she would contact me at the end of the week when she had broadband.
She has emailed today and says that some of the items are missing and she doesn't know what has happened to them and I should cancel the sale.
I haven't paid as I was going to pay on collection. I think she was unhappy with the price and has decided she doesn't want to sell.
How should I proceed? If I try to open a case ebay asks me for a payment date and obviously I haven't paid. Is there anything I can do or do I just have to forget about it?

Thanks

Did she start the price at 99p or very low, or did she start it near the final bid? Why do you think she just changed her mind?

Moving house sounds like a very plausible explanation for misplacing items.

I've been trying to contact a buyer since Thursday about an item I listed but can't find to send out. And I didn't even move house. I think I relisted it accidentally (argh). I would love to send it out if i had it.

No she started it at £50 and it went for £75, but its still a good price for all the items. I'm not sure why I think she changed her mind, I think her tone was a bit unfriendly in the first email so I thought maybe she wanted more money. I have given her the benefit of the doubt till now but I am rather disappointed she has pulled out on the sale.
