what feedback would you leave?

Due to 'MN bra intervention' I have been buying some a lot of bras on eBay to experiment with sizes.

I bought one bra from a seller that said in the listing check our their other items ands they will combine postage etc, so I bought another one too.

Each bra ended as a 99p bargain with £3 p+p. I paid for both items with PayPal and messaged the seller to request they refund the difference for the combined postage. The seller didn't reply to the message but refunded £3 p+p (more than I expected).

Then a week goes by and the items still hadn't been marked as dispatched and I hadn't received them. I contacted the seller to request an update as to if they had/when they would be sent, (which automatically opened as a case, which I didn't realize would happen) but again got no reply from the seller. Couple of days after that I tried again to contact the seller requesting an update or refund in full for both items. Two days after that they refunded all I was owed but again no message from seller.

wwyd feedback wise? They currently have 100% feedback (but only 58 feedbacks as a buyer/seller) I feel bad to leave negative as I have got my money back, but also think I should let potential buyers know that they don't send goods or reply to messages. I have a feeling they didn't get the price they were hoping for so just decided not to send the items.

Have they relisted them?

I don't know why you wouldn't leave 2 negs, you paid, they didn't send or communicate and you had to open a case to get your money back.

If you leave the negs more than a week apart they will count as 2, if you leave 2 on the same day they will only count as 1 btw.

They haven't relisted them. They had quite a few items listed when I bought the bras but no one else has left any feedback for their items since then, seems a bit strange given the length of time.

Oh, actually having checked their completed listings only one other item sold (also at 99p) so guess that's not really that strange

I wouldn't leave a negative as you don't actually know what happened yet.

I would either wait for further information or leave a neutral saying you did not get the items but did get a refund.

Very much doubt I'll get any more info as they have had loads of opportunity to reply if there was a genuine reason for this. will probably go down the neutral route.

I think I would leave a neutral, say "Confusing experience, item not sent but no explanation." and then mark them down on comms but not mark them for other DSRs.
