Payment pending

What does this mean? I've looked at my PayPal account and it all seems ok and has never been a problem before. Buyer insists that she's paid so I have promised to post her item tomorrow.

I really wouldn't send until the payment has cleared. I've had this before because the email address has been wrong or because they've paid by e-cheque which takes a while to go through properly.

Thank you. I just can't understand it. Our account is fine and I've read the information on google but I'm still none the wiser. I've promised to post the item now as they're insisting that they've paid. Apparently, from their end its saying that the payment is unclaimed?

no don't send it yet. I guess you put the wrong email address on the listing. You need to go the listing, hit on sell similar then scroll down and look at the email address which is there. Probably a typo. The only way to accept the payment is to add that wrong address to your paypal account. If that is not possible buyer needs to log into paypal, cancel the payment and then manually pay you using the correct email address.

LilyBossom - many thanks! It's all sorted and payment has now been processed. For some reason my Dh had decided to review the security on my ebay account and changed my email address in the middle of a listing without telling me. I knew he'd changed the password but not the address.
